Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.
Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

All of us at Sierra Expeditions want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Sierra Expeditions only permits items that have not been opened, installed or modified to be eligible for a return. Returns require prior authorization and must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. A cash refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within SEVEN (7) Days of receiving your merchandise, otherwise you will be eligible for an in-store credit. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 30 days.
If you have received your merchandise within the last 30 days, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Sierra Expeditions by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information in the email: Your Name, Order Number and Part Number of the product(s) you are returning. Once Sierra Expeditions has received your request we will send you an RMA number and a form. Simply fill out the entire RMA form and return it with your merchandise. Securely package your item(s) for shipment, clearly marking the outside of the package with the RMA number and return the item(s) to us in new, unopened, condition within 30 days from the date of shipment.. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR ARIZONA STATE LOCATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 30%. IF THE RETURN IS SENT TO ANY OTHER LOCATION IT WILL BE REFUSED.
We will refund the full purchase price if the above requirements are met, minus ANY shipping charges, which are non-refundable. After receipt and inspection by Sierra Expeditions, any part showing evidence of being: used, installed, modified, installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer Warranties and/or Guarantees and cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. We act as the agent between you, the customer, and the manufacturer. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. Please contact our customer service department and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer. Warranties are non-transferable. They are in effect as long as the original purchaser owns the merchandise and for the time agreed upon in the terms and conditions of that warranty or guarantee.
Returns for merchandise received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less any shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply. Original shipping, return shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Sierra Expeditions does not cover miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. Sierra Expeditions shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects.
The following items cannot be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS: Tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed, ANY electrical items - including lights, Clearance items/Scratch and Dent Items, Fridge/Freezers that have been opened, Roof Top Tents that have been opened, and Ground Tents.
While Sierra Expeditions strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Sierra Expeditions cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Sierra Expedition shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Sierra Expeditions may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Sierra Expeditions does offer promotions from time to time. Bundling promotions is not permitted. One promotion per order.
